Accepting these Terms

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into this agreement and meet any minimum age shown by the store or platform through which you access the game. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service and updates

Ability Roulette includes the game, online features, website and related content. We may update or balance the service to improve gameplay, maintain compatibility, address security or legal requirements, or develop the service. Features may change or be discontinued, subject to any notice, continued-access option or remedy required by applicable law. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Licence and ownership

Subject to these Terms and any applicable store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, terminable as set out in these Terms, to use the service for non-commercial entertainment. Ability Roulette and its software, artwork, characters, audio, text and other content are owned by VEB AUTOMEISHN LLC or their respective rights holders.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the service or other players, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. Do not copy, sell, redistribute, modify or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Purchases and platforms

Purchases, downloads, refunds and platform functionality may also be governed by the terms of the store or platform you use. Store or platform providers may process payments and manage platform accounts under their own terms and privacy notices. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer right.

For apps obtained through a store, the applicable store licence terms also apply. Unless we expressly provide a custom EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the licence to the Apple version.

Game content

Ability Roulette is a fictional game involving chance, weapons and stylised violence. It does not provide real-money gambling, cash prizes or items redeemable for money.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised date will be posted here, and material changes will be communicated where required by law. Mandatory protections available under the law of your country remain unaffected.
